PMA USA is made up of a group of passionate individuals, who share the same commitment to keeping agents in the field doing what they do best—calling on people and selling policies. The goal of the team at PMA USA's headquarters in Carmel, Indiana is to handle the administrative functions necessary to help agents build their business, and to remove barriers to their success.

We provide agents with complete training so they are comfortable seeking new customers, compliant when discussing Washington National products and successful starting their own sales operations. Our in-house recruiting team supports field managers in building their business by helping them build their teams. Help is always just a phone call away via the PMA USA headquarters.
